Slingshot Fellowship – a summer program for high school hobby-hackers

Slingshot Fellowship is the world’s premier internship program for high school hustlers, hackers, and makers. Run by top CS school graduates, Slingshot was founded to offer the world’s smartest high school talent mentored internships at startups founded by CMU, Stanford, and MIT graduates. The program is a perfect challenge for high school hobby-hackers who are looking to make a true impact rather than just toy CS projects. The next cohort starts this summer on May 24th! It is a rolling program and due to extremely high demand, seats run out fast, it is recommended that students who are interested apply ASAP.

Online Pre-College AI Program (Inspirit AI)

Are you looking for AI experience? Here is your opportunity to work with mentors from Stanford, MIT, and Harvard this summer.

Inspirit AI is an artificial intelligence education program run by graduate students from Stanford, MIT, and Harvard.

AI Scholars Live Online is a 10-session (25 hours) pre-college enrichment program that exposes high school students (Grades 9-12) to the intersection of artificial intelligence and humanities and guides them to build a socially impactful project in areas including law, journalism, education, and more. Taught by a team of graduate students from Stanford University, students receive a personalized, interdisciplinary learning experience with a student-teacher ratio of 4:1. The programs offer multiple dates and times for the Summer Break programs.

Global Sustainable Development Competition

Warwick is running an exciting competition for students aged 15-17 around the world who are interested in Global Sustainable Development.  This will offer students a unique opportunity to gain valuable research skills and learn more about global sustainable development and could be a great addition to their personal statement.

Studying in UK

Are you interested in studying in UK?

Counselors and students are invited to join a unique event run by Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge on Monday 22 March, 18:00 – 20:00 (Taiwan local time).

This will be a brilliant opportunity for students in Taiwan to learn about the selection process from two prestigious UK universities. Admissions Tutors (current professors from both Imperial and Cambridge) will also be sharing their insights into what they are looking for in an application to a highly selective university, including admissions and interview process, and how to prepare a successful application.

There will also be a chance for students to ask any questions in a live Q&A session.
